About Us

Everything you need to know about KEBC.

Overview

The Kew East Basketball Club (KEBC) was formed in 1995 as a community-based not-for-profit social sporting club, offering junior and youth players the opportunity to learn and play basketball in a safe and fun environment.

KEBC teams are lodged seasonally into the Summer and Winter junior competitions of Camberwell District Basketball Association’s domestic basketball competition (CBL).

Managing our teams requires many dedicated volunteers such as team managers and coaches. The Club Committee – which is also staffed by volunteers, provides support and resources for those who undertake these roles. If you would like to join the Management Committee, there are always vacancies for enthusiastic people wishing to contribute to keeping the Club operational.

KEBC is committed to developing basketball skills and game knowledge for all our players.
